Summary of Responsibilities: The person in this role will provide strong leadership in managing the Accounting function for our multi-specialty medical practice. This role will provide information, primarily financial in nature, about Company activities that will assist management, its shareholders and other users in making educated economic decisions about the Company’s future. This role will oversee Accounting, Purchasing, and Payroll.
Essential Job Functions
Evaluate the financial programs of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, real estate, and conservation of assets.
Will be responsible for supervising Accounting, Payroll, and Purchasing.
Oversee the approval and processing of expenditure, and position control documents, departmental budgets, mass salary updates, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry.
Analyze special projects as assigned by CEO; e.g. proposed facilities, equipment purchases.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements

Minimum Education and Background Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required. Master's desired.
