The Senior Corporate Development Analyst will play a key role on the Corporate Development team. He/she will be responsible for assisting in the advancement of AMETEMK's corporate and business development process, and supporting our global acquisition efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
•Prepare acquisition candidate valuation packages for AMETEK’s senior management and Board of Directors. •Develop detailed financial models and pricing packages to reflect business and market conditions •Assist the corporate development department to manage due diligence processes and cross functional due diligence teams •Manage the department’s acquisition candidate and contact databases •Communicate with investment bankers to assess acquisition candidates
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred •Minimum 3 years of experience with valuation or due diligence process management in an investment banking or corporate environment •Strong project management skills are necessary to meet and exceed performance expectations •Demonstrated ability to communicate to senior management in both written and verbal formats
